Local, licensed, and dedicated to quality.
Acacia Dryer Vent and Chimney Cleaning Inc has been helping Maspeth homeowners keep their fireplaces and dryer vents safe for years. We know how frustrating it is to get hit with surprise chimney sweep prices or vague estimates. That’s why we built our business around upfront pricing and real value, no hidden fees, no upselling, just honest work at a fair cost. Whether you’re dealing with a clogged dryer vent or a chimney that hasn’t been cleaned since last winter, we’ll give you a straightforward quote before we even show up. In Maspeth, where winters can be brutal and fireplaces are a staple, we make sure your system is ready for the next season without overcharging you for basic service.
What sets us apart isn’t just our pricing, it’s how we treat the job. We don’t cut corners, but we also don’t treat every chimney like it’s a custom million-dollar project. Our crews are local, licensed, and focused on getting the job done right the first time. That means no extra charges for ‘minor adjustments’ or ‘additional inspections’ after the fact. If your chimney needs brushing, we’ll brush it. If your dryer vent just needs a good clearing, that’s all you’ll pay for. We’ve seen too many homeowners in Maspeth get stuck with inflated bills from out-of-town crews who lowball the quote and then hit them with add-ons. We won’t do that. Our goal is to be the chimney sweep you call when you need reliable service, not the one you dread because of the bill.
Here’s the bottom line: You shouldn’t have to choose between safety and affordability when it comes to your chimney or dryer vent. We’ve priced our services to match what Maspeth families actually need, not what some corporate chain thinks they’ll get away with. Our chimney sweep rates start at $120 for a basic cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning runs $150-$250 depending on the setup. No surprises. No fine print. Just a clean chimney or vent and a receipt that matches the work we did. If you’ve been putting off a sweep because you’re worried about the cost, give us a call. We’ll tell you exactly what you’re paying for, and why it’s worth it, before we even step inside your home.
Other chimney sweeps in Maspeth love throwing in ‘extra’ services, ‘your chimney needs a liner!’ or ‘you should get a new cap!’ We don’t do that. If your chimney just needs a sweep, that’s what you pay for. No hidden fees, no upsells. Just a clean chimney and a fair price. That’s how we’ve kept Maspeth homeowners happy for years.
Maspeth’s damp winters and older homes make creosote a bigger problem than in drier areas. We see chimneys with thick buildup after just a few months of use. Our crew checks for it every time and tells you straight up if your chimney’s at risk. No guessing, no surprises, just the facts so you can decide what to do.
Need a chimney sweep on a Saturday? Call us. We don’t play phone tag or make you leave a message. If we’re not available, we’ll tell you when we can be there. No runaround, no waiting weeks for a callback. That’s how we’ve built trust with Maspeth homeowners who need reliable service.
Most home insurance policies in New York require chimney sweeps at least once a year. We’ll give you a simple inspection report so you’ve got proof for your insurer. No hassle, no extra cost, just a clean chimney and a document to keep you covered. Better to have it and not need it than the other way around.
